Anne is a really engaging trainer. I found the activities really interesting because they helped put what she was teaching us into practice. The built in breaks were really helpful and I feel like I’ve really learnt a lot and that I can apply that to my day to day work. I honestly think that everyone working in L+D should have to do this course.

I am glad I attended the course. Well structured, simple language easy to understand, all concept/ tools on the course are very much applicable to used any project related to process improvement. The trainer was very much equipped with knowledge (he very much knew what he was talking about). Very friendly and made everybody feel comfortable. It was just excellent.
