Very good and helpful at explaining how to become more accurate on our day to day jobs, thanks again

A fabulous course, to be honest at first I was not sure if this would be any good - I was pleasantly surprised. It is a great course - highly recommend. I have taken a lot away and will certainly apply what I have learnt.

Very engaging training and well structured, however by having the material documents password locked created some issues if you didn't view them using Adobe Acrobat reader - I was using an AppleMac which used a different reader program which would not allow me to save the docs I have completed. So you need to specify to people in advance that they must have Adobe acrobat reader to view AND save password protected doc. Other than that it was very useful training.

Very straight forward course that goes over points that we may think we know already or seems obvious. Good chance to practice techniques on how to improve accuracy and concentration in the workplace.
