I found this course to be very helpful, the delivery of the training was excellent with a lot of useful tips which I know I will definitely be implementing in my day to day work.

Greg was really engaging and made a long workshop feel interactive and smooth. I really enjoyed the training materials being punctuated throughout the session and thought Greg did a great job of calling on people to contribute in a way that felt like it got everyone involved without anyone feeling pressured.

Perfect balance between learning and practical sessions. Trainer was inclusive of everyone in session. Great use of technology - very interactive session - enjoyed the break out sessions and discussions with different colleagues

This is a really beneficial course. The techniques such as the three E's, ABC and present-mindedness are so helpful. They teach you better ways of approaching your communications and how you can easily fall for mistakes. Highly recommend this course.
