This was much better course than i thought it was going to be, it was done in a way that did not make you feel you were doing a lot of things wrong but helped you to think oh...will carry this forward

As I don't input data it wasn't really relevant to me. However I scan data for personal data that needs removing/redacting and it can be very laborious. The tips I've picked up will help me concentrate more.

I think the course was incredibly useful. The practices and methods of improving accuracy will be really useful going forward and I think the smaller group size worked really well to increase communication and allow each participant time to provide input and discuss with each other/ Greg. Greg was a really great trainer who managed to keep everyone engaged and focused throughout the course. Thank you!

Greg - thanks for running the course. The speed the course ran at was great as I never got bored and felt engaged throughout. Separating the course over 2 days felt right for the level of concentration required. The best course I have been part of on Zoom.
