Was quiet intense maybe some of the number exercises could be reduced. Could think about adding in more word data exercises maybe? Overall very useful and relative to the work I do. Ergo exercises were a good remainder in relation to physics wellbeing

This has been extremely relevant to my role at arco, I will definitely take this knowledge and apply it at work. The trainer was ver knowledgeable and if any issues arose they where addressed straight away. I found this course very engaging as it is the only one that hasn't made me feel drowsy throughout.

Very well presented I understand the person doing the training won’t always know about exactly what we do, but they do great to tailor make it. Was fun lots of writing , we use keyboards more then anything but will still help whilst doing this.

London

I enjoyed the day and came away with some practical solutions to implement. I intend to pass the knowledge on to my colleagues.

Gives you useful tips & tricks which you can use in your daily job to help you become more accurate. It’s nice to be reminded that we are all human and we do make mistakes but there are multiple ways to help reduce the error rates.
