Good course, first session was impacted by IT issues within Optivo but didn't feel like either session was rushed or that we missed anything. Trainer was good, felt like the number of people we had in the sessions was the right amount

Great course for raising awareness on how errors are made and how to overcome them. My accuracy at the start was good however I compensated my time. I noticed a considerable change on day 2 after using advantage of 3 rule.

I found the course really interesting and interactive. Although I would consider myself to be an accurate person, it was really useful to learn the tips to maintain accuracy, as you will always make mistakes. I enjoyed the mini-assessments and being able to compare my accuracy and speed to see how I've improved whilst using the relevant tips. Overall, I learned a lot and would recommend the course to my colleagues.

Found it interesting and have naturally been using the rule of 3s for a few years - interestingly by using this technique the brain can memorise up to 27 characters. Overall content really good and trainer Greg kept us included, and occupied and engaged throughout.

Trainer really good and knowledgeable, good course layout to help learning. Made me question the way I'm currently working and how that can be improved.
