Good course maybe a bit more interaction, very crammed in.

Sometimes I did find myself wanting Greg to speed up. He talks, at times, slowly and goes over old ground.

Engaging and really good at making you think about how you can change the way that you work to be more accurate.

Greg was very clear and concise. Took away some great new skills. The participant manual did feel a little childish and could do with being updated so it's more adult appropriate.

Nicely paced and informative. Some useful tips to apply in day to day duties.

Really enjoyed the session and have lots of hints and tips to take away to improve the accuracy of a number of tasks in my current role.
