Interesting overall. Not something I think will be used in my day to day role. Believe myself personally needs to be more qualified in order to deliver and discuss such a sensitive topic but good to get some knowledge.

I found the course very helpful in gaining a better understanding of how to better deal with people in these situations and how to manage the call and understanding what to listen out for.

Interesting course, a lot of useful information. Laura was a great host and made the course engaging. From a personal point of view think it would be better in person as think helps make discussions better but underhand why it's done via webex due to the different teams involved.

topic was very interesting and engaging in terms of interactive. Trainer was also non judgemental and approachable. I would say though that the length of the course is quite long to be done virtually.
