Good course

Jamie delivered today’s suicide awareness training with warmth, clarity, and real confidence. The content was easy to follow throughout, and Jamie created a supportive space where everyone felt comfortable engaging. It was an impactful, well‑paced session that left us better equipped and more aware.

It would be great for our front line staff to have this form of learning and understanding around suicide. As leaders and managers, we support our agents through these conversations and I think that agents on the front line would benefit from this. Jamie referred to this skill being outside of work too and i feel that this doesn’t just stop at managers, starling should invest in all its members of staff.

One of the most helpful courses I have been on. I joined the course feeling apprehensive about the possibility of one day needing to support my team with a call like this; I leave the course feeling much more confident and comfortable knowing I have the knowledge and guidance to maage this going forward. A special thank you to Laura who made the course engaging, and allowed us to ask questions when we needed to.

Gave a clear insight into how to approach and to come out by asking the difficult question, good content and plenty of time for discussion whether in the break out sessions or within the group. Great to have some different organisations to use if needed and I have already bookmarked those. Enjoyed the course and this will enable me to put my skills to good use moving forward. Thank you.

Really enjoyed this course, I was apprehensive as its long and thought it would be quite heavy but it was really beneficial
