The second simply course that I have completed and was perfect for my learning style, it was a relaxed atmosphere and Pete kept everything on an easy to understand level. I would highly recommend both simply and Pete. Thank you for making it such an enjoyable experience.
Peter once again proved his knowledge and scope of financial background to assist with my exam and help ensure I pass with two distinctions and a merit pass. Peter is enthuastic, passionate and professional and this shows in his courses. I would more than recommend anyone wanting to become a mortgage broker to first of all go through Simply crash courses to ensure they give themselves the best chance of passing as quickly as possible. I would like to add the venue and facilities were excellent.

Paul is an excellent tutor and has a lovely teaching style. A little disappointing though that we only focused on the English coursework and didn't cover any of the Scottish material as part of the course. We should have been advised to book the English exams and not the Scottish ones as once booked they cannot be changed easily.
Brendan was an amazing trainer, he has a lot of in-depth knoledge about the whole financial industry and knows how to put this across in a way thats easy for the trainee to digest. He is great at explaining subjects in detail and has a lot of paitence when it comes to queries and support. The pre course pack was really good for trainees to prepare and know what to expect from the course, and the whole stucture helped the intensity/difficulty of the course.
Great course and Brendan was approachable and very knowledgable.
Facility was let down on the last couple of days with work men making lots of noise in the adjoining room.
Paul Valpy is a great man, a very experienced and supportive trainer. I m especially beholden to him. I passed Cemap3 with merit. I am now undoubtedly Cemap qualified 👏👏👏👏👏👏
