I recently attended the CeMAP course at Simple Academy in Newcastle and my tutor was Mr Alan Downing. As a young professional further development is always a task taken with a degree of trepidation or at least skepticism however, my concerns were immediately alleviated by both the course material and the tutor’s ability. Mr Downing provided both a superb learning environment, and in my opinion an unrivaled knowledge which I was able to draw upon. Throughout the course Alan was friendly and approachable. His personable nature, combined with his industry experience and delivery of the course material, made it literally a pleasure to learn. In line with the academy's branding, I “simply” cannot recommend this course more. I just wish to say thank you to Mr Downing and Simply Academy. I would not hesitate to use your services again.
Really enjoyed it. Glenn clearly has a detailed knowledge of the content and facilitates this for all levels. Of particular note was that 4 of the course were doing 2/3 before 1. Glenn took note of this and ensured nothing was taken for granted in levels of understanding

Recently participated in Fast Track CeMAP 2&3 course in Birmingham with facilitator Glenn Priestly as a follow up to CeMAP 1 and would personally like to thank him for the support provided. His tailored delivery is balanced to acknowledge the different levels of delegate experience and he keeps the subject matter interesting with lots of anecdotes which lend themselves well to help overall understanding. Cannot commend him enough. After successfully passing both modules first time now looking forward to CeMAP 3 exam next week hoping for a positive outcome :0)
I can honestly say that I've thoroughly enjoyed Glenn's teaching. He was extremely knowledgable and made the teaching overall very interesting and pleasant with his personal experience. I highly recommend Glenn, he's a treasure to simply academy. Give the man a pay rise.

A lot of ground is covered in 4 1/2 days; particularly if you are not from the financial sector. Follow the tutor's instructions to the letter and you'll be perfectly placed for the exam.
Course was delivered in a structured well paced manner. Glenn Priestley was excellent and kept the subject matter interesting with some really useful tips.
