Very positive, very approachable and interactive. A very emotive course and key skills for intervention learned.

Fantastic course well delivered

I enjoyed this course and even though it was long it didn’t feel tedious or repetitive like other courses I have done. There was a good balance of using the slides and the written material and opportunities to ask questions and discuss things.

Great course. Good content, had the potential to be very heavy going but the manner in which it was delivered was professional, engaging and gave me the confidence to be able to intervene.
