Content is directly applicable to the work in the support line. Advisors and nurses will be able to use the learning from this course in the daily work, improving their confidence, practice and safety of our service users.

I found it really valuable to do the role plays, it was extremely uncomfortable at times, but got easier as we went on, and really important to have an opportunity to practice these conversations.

Well structured and delivered course. Partly a very good refresher but lots of new stuff too and worked well for us a group of eight.

The course has been very beneficial to me and I also feel I can pass on the knowledge to my team members. Suicide is not an easy subject to discuss but after this training I feel better equipped broaching the subject.Response : Thank you Brilliant to have your experience in the room.
