The course was good and covered some really useful things. I found it to be quite a lot to learn in a short space of time having not been in these scenarios before but overall this was helpful.

I would prefer the feedback forms do not align with our individual details when viewed by individual bodies so they remain impartial.

Found the training well structured and appropriate for our needs.

I did enjoy the course; I am glad to have taken part. Steph was lovely, as were the ladies present in the group. I do feel a little more information could be given, such as information regarding help in our area

A good course to help deal with people in crisis and support them which is linked to my job profile
