Great thought provoking course, I’ve learned a lot.

This was a really informative session and I now feel I have a practical way to have a conversation about suicide without feeling scared, prepared to use the right language and know that a big part is listening to what the person is going through to build trust. The template for the personal safety plan is very straightforward for a suicide first aider to support with.

its a very essential course for people particular in mental health profession

tutor was knowledgable and approached a difficult subject sensitively but with knowledge adding lightness to a challenging topic

Really informative and delivered in a way that makes it straight forward and easy to understand, without over complicating something that is incredibly sensitive

I really enjoyed today's course and would like to do the full day course.
