The training was great but as we all shared in the group the lack of resource in agencies that are supposed to help is a real issue.

Very positive, very approachable and interactive. A very emotive course and key skills for intervention learned.

I enjoyed this course and even though it was long it didn’t feel tedious or repetitive like other courses I have done. There was a good balance of using the slides and the written material and opportunities to ask questions and discuss things.

Thank you very much for engaging with our team. We all really respected your knowledge and experience. It has been difficult for many of us, as we have been dealing with many people who express thoughts of self harm, depression and suicide. I had been dealing yesterday with a gentleman, with a colleague, and your training was spot on to reassure us we had done all we could.

Hannah came across very calm, positive and well organised/versed in all the areas covered within the topic

Great course. Good content, had the potential to be very heavy going but the manner in which it was delivered was professional, engaging and gave me the confidence to be able to intervene.

Well structured and delivered course. Partly a very good refresher but lots of new stuff too and worked well for us a group of eight.
