I felt uncomfortable with action steps in the country I’m currently in. This helped put knowledge that I already had in the current context.

I feel even more confident now moving forward with preventing, intervening and assisting someone who is thinking about and/or taking steps towards suiciding. The course content was comprehensive and expertly delivered by Father Matthew Ragbir. This is an excellent training for anyone working in the fields of metal health, human resource management, teachers, social workers and even parents.

I need open time with the material presented to absorb and be more Comfortable with the process . But I have hope and feel that I can become more equipped
