Training very informative so much improved from my previous PBS. Amy was very good helpful and had good teaching skills of what she was cascaded to us.

Especial thanks to Liam for the such a interactive and wonderful class with It was really great help to understand and learn about behaviour of person and how to quickly react at intense situations while keeping patient and ourselves safe . Really loved the physical training I can use to keep myself safe from patients while taking care of best interests of patients . Thankyou Liam for the wonderful class you have been a fantastic tutor.

The use of less tertiary reactive strategies were informative, again crucial to my present roll.
