Really good and interactive - Jamie is excellent and very good at making sure we all knew what we were doing and making sure we were using the correct techniques. I feel confident to try this in the workplace now.

I found the course very interactive, informative. I would now feel comfortable if I was ever to be in this situation as now I have some knowledge. Jamie was a very good instructor, he kept us engaged through the session and kept it interesting. Useful information and techniques to utilise to practice.
