RRN Level 2: De-escalation and Non-Restrictive Tertiary Interventions (Breakaway & Self-Protection Skills) Reviews

I found at times the leader of the course on day one spoke very quickly at times. Both clearly had a positive and good knowledge of their subject mater and were good at motivation. Both leaders showed great patience and were very approachable and sappeared to put everyone at ease.

Informative and good explanation of course and techniques

The two days were interactive training classes.

Stu taught the course very well and was very helpful. I think some of the information was a bit drawn out, and repetitive, but overall a good course and happy with everything.

John talks and reassures a lot, which is nice to see from a learner view. Ps PS4 still wins.
