A good course for helping care support workers in monitoring and managing behaviors of concern. A good training
The course instructor was good with overall presentation
Trainer was good and give me useful information to use
Very useful and helpful. Liam was a great trainer and made me feel very comfortable.
Enjoyed the training, it was informative and enjoyable.
Only comment is to send everyone on lunch break while marking test instead of waiting for them all to be marked in silence then going for lunch break.
