Full of information, which could have been overwhelming, but was punctuated with examples and group participation, which held your attention and focus.
The morning/and early afternoon theory is quite a heavy slog. Maybe an energiser after lunch? Content excellent, very well and knowledgeably delivered. Lots of good anecdotal discussion amongst colleagues. Thank you.
