Liam was very interactive which helped as it was a long day. Made it easy to understand. The material was helping and useful and I feel it could be easily implemented into practice. I feel this is necessary training and would be good if it could be delivered to student nurses during the training- especially the theory to understand triggers and communication issuesResponse : Hi Natalia.
