Ben was wonderful Very interesting Kept us interested in the subject Learnt so much new information It will be very beautiful to me personally and in my work

This course was absolutely fantastic. It opened my eyes to understand why people behave in certain ways. It was interesting to learn that behaviours that staff fund concerning is a way of communication. I recalled some behaviours I had to deal with supporting people with autism and learning disability and I learned why and wished I learned sooner. I am excited to put all my learning to use going forward. The trainer Ben was a great facilitator and made learning so much fun
