Liam was a really good trainer, explained everything very well. Made sure the day was interactive as was a lot of theory. The workbook included lots of good information I feel I can take in to practice.

Liam was very interactive which helped as it was a long day. Made it easy to understand. The material was helping and useful and I feel it could be easily implemented into practice. I feel this is necessary training and would be good if it could be delivered to student nurses during the training- especially the theory to understand triggers and communication issues

I found this really useful and will be able to implement all that I have learnt to my own workplace. It was very engaging, and the trainer was interactive and kept us all interested with all topics.
