Excellent trainer, explained very well, enjoyed the whole sess

Very information but the main thing i got out it is that all behaviour is a form of communication

It’s been a really interactive session, very educational and will definitely add and improve my practice

The trainer was amazing and her approach and examples were very relatable to work and everyday lives. The training has helped to understand the reverse order of life and how to create a better person centered care for all patients.

This is the best course have attended so far,the trainer is actively engaging which makes the class interactive.
