Kirsty delivered the training really well, I felt engaged all the way through the training. The Training enlightened me on how to deal with baseline causes of issues concerning our patients and how best to help calm the situation. Also, the training was very good and made the session very enjoyable

The course today and all the information was really beneficial. I feel as though I will definitely feel more confident in my role when understanding different behaviours and how to speak to patients dealing with these! Thanks Ben who kept the course interesting and was really informative
