Level 1: Understanding Behaviour and Developing Proactive Support Strategies (RRN Prior Learning) Reviews

The class was very lengthy but quite engaging and the trainer gave breaks in between. This session was quite enlighten and made me understand what patients feels when going or through those series of behaviours.

I now have more understanding of how to give positive behavior support to my patients and colleagues. Also it was a great teaching. Thank you
