Great course. The material in the tasks could do with a reveiw to be updated, or offer a warning or sensitive content. I would of personally liked something more interactive of if this course was in person to keep me engaged. Otherwise a good course where I have take away learnings

Really interesting approach to the topic, not what I expected but v helpful. Made me realise i already naturally use a lot of the techniques and am feeling more confident that I’m getting better at this.

Practical steps provided and exercises that encouraged reflection and steps that we would take away at the end of the training

Ryan was an engaging trainer and we had some useful discussions. It has helped me to reflect on certain situations and consider different options

Did feel a bit repetitive but the trainer was amazing very understanding and friendly just the content could of been covered in less time

Overall a good course, enjoyed the break out rooms as it gave us a chance to discuss and get to know other people.

Too hot in the room, windows were opened but didn’t help
