Did feel at times like the assessor was reading straight from a prepared presentation without checking for understanding part way through however Fiona is extremely friendly, informative and approachable no question was to much trouble. enjoyed this session very much bringing it to lifeResponse : Thank you for your review! Sue is a great trainer, she shares relevant examples and gives good pointers, and is really supportive, making you feel you will achieve the assignment successfully.
