Fiona has a lovely presence so she delivers and communicates well. She's very empathic and sweet.
Fiona has a great understanding of what is required of the students and has helped us look at what we need to provide and also where to focus.
It's really great that this was recorded as I had lost my WiFi in the middle and fell confident that I can catch up.
The assessment criteria for the course has just changed and this was quite confusing . However the trainer Sue Warner was able to explain this and give reassurance. She is a very knowledgeable trainer.
Great interactive course, would of been useful to have updated slides and workbooks
Really good session, would really love it if the demo for using excel could happen for the whole group as this would have helped us keep to timing rather than dropping into the breakout rooms.
Suzanne Is very knowledgeable and has an approach to answering questions that makes them easier to understand by making them relative to what I do Course content and materials so far are great. The learning journey contains the outline of what is required while still giving scope for individual research
I think the jam board is great, it really keeps me engaged and helps with questions
The trainer was knowledgeable and interactive which is good for me as that is how I learn.
