Overall, the training has improved my understanding of autism and learning disabilities and how to provide safe, compassionate, and person-centred care. I have learned the importance of effective communication, treating everyone with dignity and respect, promoting independence, and understanding each person’s individual needs. I will apply this knowledge in my daily practice to provide inclusive care and ensure that every individual feels valued, understood, and supported.
Work personal experiences shared should not take too long. There were a lot of distractions and interruptions from the hotel staff. There was a lot of noise from staff working speaking loudly! The hotel should put stickers towards the hall to let staff know they should be quiet around the area outside the training room I struggled to hear! Refreshments were removed before mid day
The CTF training was highly informative and engaging, featuring well-structured hands on demonstrations and clear instructor guidance. While the overall pacing and challenge difficulty were well-balanced, providing more detailed walkthrough. The environment was welcoming and engaging
