I benefited from the trainer she explained well

No slides as TV not working No videos

It was a good and encouraging session

Training was quite great apart from not having the practical aspect of meditation administration and management which was very much needed.However the theory aspect taken through was great and trainer was very good in explaining topics giving me a better understanding and making me acquire additional knowledge.
