Lucy was a good trainer and very professional.

Shows mastery of content, very practical

The only thing I’m disappointed about was not receiving my certificate. Initially I was OK in downloading it but now some employers would like to see the certificate itself. I contacted customer services about this and although they were very helpful and provided me with a copy I could download they were not able to contact the trainer so I could have a certificate.

Sitting on a chair is too tiring for 5 hours, i dont feel comfortable, nextime pls provide at least a table where we can lean . ( no coffee/tea offered?)
