Overall was good. However, having to pay £8 for parking after been told in the email that staff parking are free for trainee.

It was very informative session and knowledgeable. Natalie was very patient, friendly and helpful.

Our Trainer has indepth knowledge of the whole topics.He is an excelent teacher,a motivator,very polite,full of energy,there was never a dull moment at all.He is very understading.I would like him to be my next year 2027 trainer.May God bless you all and have a peaceful year Amen.
