The very best training day I ever had in all my training days in decades. Kevin is very good in all in every thing he taught - with concern for each and everyone of us! As a refresher! He made us involved and educate/update us for all the recent changes at present. Aside from being a good trainer he is Very professional and friendly and approachable .
