I recently completed a three-day PMVA training with the Health and Safety Group. It was a practical and informative course focused on recognising and managing challenging behaviour safely and professionally. I learned key de-escalation techniques, personal safety strategies, and safe physical interventions. I now feel more confident in assessing risks, responding calmly under pressure, and helping maintain a safer environment for both staff and service users.

Gaynor was a brilliant trainer, very engaging. A great mixture of presentation, practical elements and also created a safe space for us to meet and engage as a group! Room a little cold this morning but got better in the afternoon.
