I felt more time could have been spent on the practical elements of the course. More people using the equipment

I wish you were still able to hand out the printed hand books which you used to give to the delegates after the training. This will be greatly appreciated. The trainer was very good giving ample time for questions before moving to next subject. Many thanks for the tea/coffee and biscuits, very warming in this cold weather.

Good and interesting trainer but content mostly inappropriate for someone like myself, a self-employed carer of adults, especially as I pay for it myself ie.not paid for by my employer or agency

Oh, my God I've been having some training but this lady is the best. This is very sweet. Easy. Has some who can explain to you for you to understand the job you're doing? And please very beautiful Kane had it, and I would love for how to train me again. Thank you very much
