Enjoyed the training. Gaynor was really good and interactive which allowed better understanding of the training. Both days were interesting.

I have learnt alot from the course and im confident to deliver the skills and knowledge to my learners. The only thing that needs changing is on one of the video clips says the hoist should have the brake applied when in use, however the brake should only been applied if the hoist is stationary and not in use

This was a highly informative session and I really enjoyed it. I feel more informed and I intend to act on all the recommendations provided by Joshua and Lola. They were both highly articulate and this allowed me to see life from their perspective. Excellent !
