The course was very interesting and above all comprehensive, but I think there was too much information crammed into too little time. I would have felt more confident if it had been taught over the span of 2 days. On the other hand, this was a refresher course and the agency should have sent me to the course for people who haven't had this training course before.

Andrea was able to engage everyone The negative things are: - No refreshments - no writing notes I.e information of slides - the hoist was not working but trainer Andrea, was able to improvise

It could be better if they provide snacks tea/coffee
