The trainer was very engaging and kept attention of group. It would have been useful to have copies of slides as some were rushed over - perhaps appropriately It was unfortunate that the hoist was not working and feels unprofessional that we could get signed off without that experience.

The topics was very informative. I learned a lot of new techniques.

The journey was worth it. I’m very much happy i attended.

In over 20 years in the care field and numerous training, this was by far the best I have done, kevin was very engaging with everyone and very knowledgeable, would recommend to anyone
