Good training, trainer and good updates

Tea and coffee was of poor standard, no refills of hot water. Same water from morning to sunset. Very disappointed with that service from the hotel

Trainer had issues with slides on the laptop,No water to drink through out the day,Hot drink only saved once in the morning,Lots of training has been taken out of type COSHH FOOD HYGIENE MEDICATIONS which is very Important part on our training.The course wasn’t worth for the Price.

Very funny lecturer who maintained interest in the topic

Very reasonable cost lunch there & a decent cuppa. Trainer was informative, passionate about her subject & brought in some excellent examples from her own practice, which was very valuable. Also encouraged participants to interact & give examples. An excellent and thought provoking day. Excellent work by Health & Safety Group.

The CTFS course was well structured and informative. The content was clear, practical, and easy to follow. The trainer was knowledgeable and explained each section thoroughly. The course activities were engaging and helped reinforce the key learning points. Overall, it was a valuable training session, and I feel more confident in applying what I’ve learned.

My fifth time, was expecting the usual 2-3star experience. I was positively sirpriced. Nathan exceeded with amount and quality of info. Some subjects he took really deep and made think. I learned about myself and my profession a lot new, new angles to look at things. Relaxed funny approachable. Organised and timely. Despite the amount of info, he kept my focus and attention 100% he is a joy, a talent, a dedicated diamond. My only wish is to be able to have same trainer next time.
