With no booklet to refer to for in-depth content and for writing notes was very disappointing and in my opinion the content was less than expected for the cost charged

Great interactive training. Trainer made the day really interesting, he was extremely experienced with lots of advice and helpful tips . Good equipment for practical aspects of the course and helpful handbook provided.

The course really explained how conflicts can be tackled in work setting, and not only relevant to the workplace conflicts resolution alone, but the knowledge can also be applied in managing conflicts everywhere, very accurate and realistic objectives.

The course was very helpful I have the confidence to go a head with my work experience
