An interactive dession, really good facilitation with a great sense of team engendered. One of the best MH sessions I have attended in 20 years

Hotel informed the group trainer was delayed 1 hour. Another trainer was applied, 35 mins late start. She had IT issues on lap top and stressed, however did engage very well. Equipment defibrillator broken, not enough resus dolls & old. Needs better quality and updates.

Disappointed no lunch provided. Tables would be useful for writing and taking notes. Manual handling and using hoists etc was way too long. No information on lifting loads I.e boxes etc No handouts given
