Venue cold , but not trainers fault

Really useful training. Practical part was excellent. The theory part could have been more interactive to accommodate different styles of learning e.g using quizzes etc

Training was good but venue was cold

Issue with postcode sent on email and yes I mean the “new correct venue” address had the wrong postcode attached so was driving for nearly an hour before found correct venue. Extremely frustrating as we were originally early. Lady on the phone was very slow and unhelpful and didn’t pass message onto tutor. The tutor was excellent brought us up to speed and allowed us to join.
