Great course

The training has taught me more about critical thinking skills, treating people as humans and about the lessons from the story of Oliver's life and death. The trainers were loaded with knowledge about the course.

Trainer was great, but I had to sit through training that wasn’t relevant to me. BLS training was right at the end of the session which is what I was booked for.

The training session was the most engaging and interesting in-person session I have attended to date. Kevin kept the session lively, enjoyable, and interactive throughout the day. The practical examples he used were particularly effective in reinforcing understanding of key legislation and terminology. Overall, this experience has definitely changed my perspective on the in-person refresher training, making it something I now look forward to attending.
