Karen was patient, explained and demonstrated the topics excellently to my understanding.

There were a couple of points I believe need updating. ‘Behaviours that challenge’ rather than ‘challenging behaviour’. I would also appreciate the change if language from ‘committed suicide’ to ‘died by suicide’. I think it would be useful to cover advance care planning and ReSPECT in slightly more detail.
