The hot drinks were lukewarm

There should be atleast drinks available for attendees

It was fantastic,I enjoyed every bit of the training.

Hot beverages provided for a period of 15 minutes only for the whole day no hot water otherwise lovely

The coffee, tea and hot water arrangements were inadequate and the was no milk, Northolt and no biscuits!
