Good course but lunch was short and the content was crammed. Morning elements should’ve been online and then the practical elements should be less rushed. So you you have a chance to try all the elements.

The introductions for the afternoon attendees could have been done in the last 10 minutes of the full day participants lunch break as it was a waste of time. Also should provide tea and coffee morning and afternoon.
Even though I did not feel that it was very relevant to theatres (anaesthetics), apart from the CPR and ALS video, it was a good overview of all health care professions and Gaynor was a very personable presenter. Thankyou - at least it wasn’t as boring as they usually are!! 🤭
Gaynor Heek, the Trainer was professional, friendly and very approachable. Gaynor, incorporated "real life situations" and experiences which made all attendees feel welcomed, relaxed and there was a level of trust was developed during the course. Empathy and compassion were felt on this course.
