The course was extremely enjoyable and the trainer created a very safe environment to learn. Participation was strongly encouraged, however at times it felt slightly intimidating as the trainer would pick out individuals to answer questions and could be quite abrupt with his responses. The trainers knowledge of the legal side of health and safety was invaluable, plus his passion for the course made such a difference. He was able to hold the attention of the group and went at a very good pace.

Very informative, so much has changed! Appropriate tailored for my job. The trainer is passionate about his job. He could call each of us by name and profession! That's a skill.
