A good refresher. But definitely need prior training & knowledge. Group too big.
I think next time, people that are more learned should give chance to people that are new to the course. Because most times, I was finding it difficult to understand certain things.
Wasn’t really appropriate for my job, was told I had to attend moving and handling by my company but only hoisting and standing included. Quite disappointed in the content
Felt like a good day off for me. Not only the instructor made the training informative, he also made sure that it was light and fun. Overall, two thumbs up for both the course and the instructor.
