1. Email reminders one month one week and one day before the event. 2. Making sure the reception staff know where the training is and how it is different from other training going on in the same hotel so they can reassure and direct delegate. 3. Making it clearer throughout the day about which topics we are covering i.e. adding title slides for example example mental capacity act. 4. Looked after children has been updated to children we care for.
